Our Home
Our homes is purpose-built, combining comfort with therapeutic design. Children benefit from private bedrooms, safe communal areas, sensory spaces, and outdoor gardens all tailored to encourage stability, learning and positive relationships.

Positive Behavior Support (PBS)
Positive Behaviour Support is a central part of our philosophy. We work to understand the reasons behind challenging behaviour, recognising that all behaviour communicates a need. Through PBS, we:
- Assess each child’s needs, strengths and triggers
- Develop proactive strategies to encourage positive behaviour
- Empower children with coping and self-regulation skills
- Engage families, schools, and professionals for a holistic approach
Trauma-Informed Care
Many of the children we support have experienced trauma. Our trauma-informed approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, providing a space where children feel secure enough to express themselves and rebuild trust.

- Staff presence 24/7, including sleep-in rooms for overnight care
All homes are regularly inspected and consistently meet or exceed regulatory standards set by Ofsted and relevant local authorities
Promoting Inclusion and Participation
Children and young people are encouraged to take an active role in their homes, make choices, and share their views. Participation is fostered through regular house meetings, involvement in care planning, and opportunities for community engagement.
Placement Matching
We carefully assess compatibility between children to ensure safe, harmonious homes where every young person can thrive.

We support children and young people aged 0–18 with emotional, behavioural, physical or neurological needs.
